The planning for our 2017 Summer Camping Trip is shaping up. I have completed 2 campground reservation in Banff and Jasper National Park. This is the most important steps when planning a cross-country camping trip.
First, I need to establish our base camp. Our base camp will be in Banff National Park and Jasper National Park. Next, I will be using mapping software like Garmin Base Camp to map our driving route.
Here is our preliminary route. I have 5 days/4 nights to drive from MA to Banff. On our way back, I will have 4 days/4 nights to travel from Jasper to MA.
There will be plenty of stops in between. I'm planning to stop at the following area
1. Indiana Dunes National Seashore
2. Badlands National Park
3. Devils Tower National Monument
4. Dinosaur Provincial Park
5. Pictured Rock National Seashore
Camping/Adventure/Explore/Travel with the Chin's. We are a family of 5 that love outdoor. We travelled mostly US and Canada with our pop-up camper or tent trailer, but with goal of travelling the world with vehicles.
