New travel planning

I have a quest to travel to the following area.
  1. Alaska.  Fairbanks to Prudhoe bay AK.  This is the quest to travel to the most northern part and crossing the Arctic Circle.  This is the famous 414 miles Dalton Hwy.
  2. Colorado/Utah.  4WD overlanding over the rocky mountain.
  3. Labrador.  Travelling Trans-Labrador Highway from Quebec to Labrador.  The only way to travel to Labrador via highway/road.  This is a dirt road with some section being paved.
  4. Quebec.  Closest travel by land to Nunavut.
Some of this area, travelling with pop-up camper maybe is a hard task.  The road is gravel/unpaved.   I don't think my pop-up camper would survived the trip.

Therefore, I have try to modify my SUV for a different task.  When travel offroad, I would use roof top tent as our camping platform.  When travel on regular paved road, I would use pop-up trailer as our camping platform.
